Dr. Nailesh Dave, MD

Dr. Nailesh Dave was born and raised in India. He graduated from the Medical College at Gujarat University in 1990. He has completed his Neurology Residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in North Carolina from 1995 through 1998. He then finished a fellowship in the neuro-rehabilitation at Southern Illinois of Medicine from 1998 through 1999. He is board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and board certified in Pain Medicine by the American Academy of Pain Medicine. He founded Neurology and Pain Management Center, PLLC in February 2005. He is one of the few Neurologists who provide pain management, neurological services as well as treatment of sleep disorders for the surrounding counties. Dr. Dave has been practicing Neurology and Pain Management in this area since 1999. 

  He is a member of the North Carolina Medical Society, American Academy of Neurology, America Academy of Pain Management, American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the International Spine Intervention Society. Dr. Dave and his wife have been married since 1990 and have three children. Dr. Dave enjoys reading, community service & traveling.

Meena Dave, PAC

Meena Dave is a certified Physician Assistant and the Administrator of Neurology & Pain Management Center. Mrs. Dave graduated from Touro College Physician Assistant Program in New York in 1989 and completed her Post Graduate Surgical Residency Program at Montefiore Medical Center. Mrs. Dave was certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants in 1990. She has worked in many clinical settings, including Emergency Medicine, urgent Care, Sickle Cell Management, and has a vast experience as a Surgical Physician Assistant in Cardiac Surgery. She is a member of the NC Association of Physician's Assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician’s Assistants. Dr. Dave and Mrs. Meena Dave have been married for twenty years. They have three children and are active in their school activities. The family spends most of their free time with the Temple, community service and traveling.
Renee Pope has been a nurse for over 30 years.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Fayetteville State University and has a Masters degree in Nursing and Adult Family Nurse Practitioner  from Duke University.  She is board certified as a ANP and FNP.  She is a member of the America Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  She earned a Natropathic doctorate from Trinity College of Natural Health.  She has worked in a variety of clinical settings including Mental Health, Medical/Surgical, Home Health, Cardiology and Internal Medicine.  Her hobbies include studying holistic medicine, gardening and listing to classical music.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and one Chihuahua.
Renee Pope, ANP, FNP  
Certified by the National Commission of Physicians Assistants in 1975. David Paulson has worked in internal medicine for over 35 years. He graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center Physician Assistant Program in 1974. David served 22.5 years in the Armed Forces. He retired from the U.S. Army in 1993. He is a Fellow, American Academy of Physician Assistants, a Member of North Carolina Association of Physicians Assistants, Past President of the Society of Army Physicians Assistants, Life Member of SAPA, and a member of the SAPA Hall Fame.
David enjoys hunting, fishing and golf in his spare time. He is married, has three children and three grandchildren.

Bianca Goo is a graduate of the Methodist University Physician Assistant Program. She is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants, and is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is an avid reader and enjoys traveling in her free time.

Brandy Mountcastle, PAC

Brandy Norris Mountcastle received her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry, followed by her Master's Degree of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC. Mrs. Mountcastle is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, and the North Carolina Medical Society. Mrs. Mountcastle began her career as a Physician Assistant at Southeastern Regional Medical Center where she practiced Emergency Medicine, Rural health, and Family Practice. She then joined the Lung Transplant Team at Duke University Hospital prior to relocating to Lillington, NC where she practiced Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at Edgewater Medical Center. Mrs. Mountcastle is a compassionate and enthusiastic provider dedicated to quality healthcare, preventative medicine, and patient education. She is a native of Dunn, NC and resides in Lillington, NC with her husband and three children. Mrs. Mountcastle's enjoys spending time with her family, church functions, vacations, outdoor activities, cooking, and playing with her three beautiful children.






 Pat Malone, PAC

Patrick (Pat) Malone has been a Physician Assistant for thirty-three years. He graduated from the US Army PA Program in 1982. He retired from the US Army after serving for twenty-two years in 1991. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Mr. Malone is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He is a Life Member of the Society of Army Physician Assistants, the Veterans Caucus of the AAPA, and the Dustoff Association. Mr. Malone is also a member of the North Carolina Medical Society and the North Carolina Association of Physician Assistants. He is a recipient of the SAPA Hall of Fame and the SAPA Robert Scully Award. Mr. Malone has been married for forty-four years to his wife (Lynn). They have two children and five grandchildren. Mr. Malone enjoys reading, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.



 MiMi Robinzine, PA-C

MiMi Robinzine holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Education, as well as, a Master's Degree of Medical Science, in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a national board certified Physician Assistant, who completed her training at Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Mimi has a background in Family Medicine and now specializes in Neurology and Pain Management. Her love for education and medicine, coupled with a heart for service, has blessed her with opportunities to provide care to patients in Haiti, Brazil and Guyana, through medical missions. It is with this same enthusiasm that she is highly committed to providing considerate, individualized, evidence based, medical care to each patient.
Ms. Robinzine is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. Also, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends and volunteering in a variety of community service projects.
